COVID 19 Protection Framework - Orange
Taranaki is currently in the COVID-19 protection framework system under Orange. On Wednesday 13th April 2022 at 11:59pm some changes will come into effect.
So what does this mean when coming through the airport terminal?
- Please wear a mask while inside the terminal building
- Please be kind and respectful of the staff and other people travelling, we are all going through this together!

All terminal amenities and businesses will be operational.
If you require assistance please let the Airport Operations or Air New Zealand staff know ahead of time so we can have a trolley or wheelchair available for you.

We will have touch-free hand sanitiser available throughout the terminal.
There is a free water bottle filling station that is also touch-free for passengers to use.
All appropriate health and safety guidelines are being followed to ensure the terminal is clean for all passengers.
