Mobility Services
For those displaying a valid mobility sticker there are designated parks in the main car park. The terminal has broad automated entry doors and its toilets cater for those with mobility issues. Wheelchairs are also available. Please speak with the friendly check in staff upon arrival for further assistance.
First Aid
If you require medical treatment please alert an Airport Operations staff member. They will be wearing yellow vests/jackets and are First Aid certificated. The Operations office is located on the right of the terminal entrance, close to the car park pay station.

Check in
Passengers needing to check-in luggage with Air New Zealand must do so 30 minutes before the scheduled departure of domestic New Zealand flights. To avoid disruption to your travel plans please ensure you allow adequate time to make the check-in close off times.

Services available in the terminal include: Licensed café, Staffed vehicle rental kiosks, Airport shuttle kiosk, Airport Operations staff, Free Wifi, Luggage trolleys, Baby changing facilities in accessible unisex toilets, Wheelchairs.
Bike Stations
If you are travelling with a bike and need to assemble or disassemble one we have a bike station equipped with tools and bike pumps.
